Before you place an order through our website, check our “Find Us” page to see if Arcadia Paw Club is available at your local pet shop.

How much is shipping?

We offer free ground shipping* on all one-time orders over $50 with discounts applied. (This offer is not valid for wholesale customers.)

*Excludes Hawaii, Alaska, and U.S. territories. We offer ground shipping rates to Hawaii and Alaska, as well as all U.S. territories, including APO/FPO.

For orders under $50, shipping rates are calculated dynamically based on the weight of your order and shipping address.

For frozen and raw goods, we currently only support local delivery to ensure product quality.

Do you do international shipping?

At this time, Arcadia Paw Club is only available in the U.S. and we do not ship internationally. We hope to treat more furry friends around the world in the future.

When will my order be shipped?

We aim to ship orders within three (3) business days. During promotional periods and holiday seasons, orders may take up to 7 days to ship.

Frozen orders will ship on the soonest Monday or Tuesday following your purchase.

Once shipped, you’ll receive a notification with tracking information. For shipping address changes or concerns, please contact us at support@arcadiapawclub.com.

Can I send APC products as a gift?

Yes! We offer special occasion and holiday gift boxes. Simply place your order, enter the recipient’s address at checkout, and email us your Order Number and gift message. Orders never include pricing or invoices.

Can I edit or cancel my order?

Please email support@arcadiapawclub.com as soon as possible. Because orders are processed quickly, we cannot guarantee edits or cancellations once placed, but we will always do our best to help.
